33B is way too high m8 particually given the fact there only a-type hardeners i would consider 24-25B cap fit

Only A-type? They are the best passive you get... Fitting comes to 6 billion in Jita prices.

This fit does not use hardeners, it uses energized plating for an anit-Nuet fit. There are no X-type Energized platings-- A type is the best there is. Given what he is offering his price is a fair place to start negotiation on a price.
