So when did offering constructive criticism on changes to mechanics now classified as "Ranting" I do belive people should be offered the right to speak their opinion in a open forum such as these and should not be censored if a constructive dialog is being disscussed and not being offensite to the general public. I do believe the 1st amendment right of free speech in the US constitution must be observe for all american players of EVE!

Oh god

EDIT: I'd also like to add you're in the Glorious Trans-Global Atheist Republic of the Internet. Anything your national government and greedy corporations want to impose on us should be kept well away. *CoughSOPACough*

"We will create the introduction thread if that is requested by the community. Also, we will have an ISD Seminar about the CCL team in the coming weeks in which you can ask your questions about the CCL team and provide some constructive feedback to us." - Countless pages of locked threads and numerous permabanned accounts later, change is coming.

1st Amendment rights only protect you from the government infringing on your right of free speech. Private companies can restrict your free speech in whatever manner they choose, including on these forums.

In any event, CCP is not a U.S. company. The Constitution does not protect your rights when you're in a foreign country.

Please try to understand the Constitution before you spout off about the rights it confers upon you.

You have the right to free speech.

Go out there and publish your rant somewhere that isn't CCP property.

CCP can't stop you.

This thread is going places!! Cool

Read the EULA and forum rules. Preeeeetty sure they spell out what we can and cant do.

Also, america's constitution doesn't hold much sway on foreign soil.

You are correct. However, I think he was making an argument based on the principle and not on the applicability or textual interpretation of the Constitution.

There was no invitation to dialogue in your previous thread, just whining. Also, GTFO with your American entitlement bullshit. This game isn't American. You have the right to shut up and have another thread locked.

If you respect free speech so much, could you at least learn the language? This paragraph is a train wreck.

The 1st Amendment to the US constitution specifies that "Congress shall make no law" against free speech and freedom of assembly.

1) CCP is not in the US;

2) Neither CCP nor its corps of volunteers is the US Congress;

3) CCP's forum moderation policies are not US laws;

4) You're ranting.

Right, because 1st Amendment rights granted by the constitution of the United States of America are actually universal and a video game company in ICELAND must abide by them.... dafuq?

This is why other countries make fun of us. Roll

Hi,

We are very happy to receive constructive feedback, demanding an SP refund is not constructive feedback.

If you have a complaint about moderator actions then you can either use the report feature, or raise a petition with the community team, I can assure you it will be looked at by a CCP employee,

However, this thread is against a number of forum rules so I have to lock it.

Thanks and fly safe.
