What test server?

It looks like Singularity is no longer used how it used to be... open only to Dust users and not accepting connections?

I see there are a number of different servers, Buck, Dual etc. What server is best used for what type of testing?

Also, how long does it usually take for the devs to reactivate accounts on the test servers?

Buckingham is the current EvE test server. I think Duality is purely for Mass tests.

Buckingham is the "new Singularity" and used for general testing as well as mass tests (for now at least). It's up and running most of the time the same as Singularity was.

Duality is only open for connections during specific periods for testing of the new features coming in the winter expansion.

When the world is running down, you make the best of what's still around.

Is there a way to see when the different servers are online/available?

That shows information for all of the servers, including dynamic graphs for users etc Blink however it doesn't state if they are closed for internal testing though (Not accepting connections), you can check that by either running the client or by going to:

But that only has information for TQ / Sisi / Duality / Multiplicity (which hasn't been opened for years)
