WHEREAS, in the course of human events space faring ships of war may encounter or come into contact with lesser ships of war or ships of industry operations in various locations, dispositions and configurations within and without the jurisdiction of the CONCORD Assembly or the Sovereignty claim of the Right-Honourable Goonswarm Federation of Space Planets;
WHEREAS, such contact as aforementioned may involve or include directly or indirectly the specific case of certain Modules to activate, energize, detonate, fire or otherwise be Used or Implemented during the course of such encounters as may occur or come to happen at such meetings;
WHEREAS, significant loss of assets, materiel, produce, goods, commodities, livestock, components, items, cargo, effects, papers, holdings, and other Entities or Objects as may be found to be evident and present, may result from the aforementioned Use or Implement of those Modules; it is Resolved that absolutely no action, determination, judgement, condition, arbitration, adjudication, sentence, provision, modification, change or other Effect shall Occur or be made to Happen with regards to—
(1) Artillery Cannons
(2) Blasters
(3) Doomsdays
(4) Smartbombs

I don't mind the image Goons have within EVE, but damn it, you make the Goons look bad by sounding like a lawyer. Knock that crap off!
