If you are in Serpentis Space and will eventually have access to upgrade systems you only really need to know about 2 or 3 anoms. Havens (Pirate Gate Version, not cloud version), Forsaken Hub and Forsaken Rally Point.

Megathron with blasters is to best T1 started ship, Hyperion is great also. The 3 anoms I mention are notable for a number of reasons. All 3 have spawn points very close to where you warp in at (well forsaken hub might take a slight bit of travel), all spawns spawn in the exact same place every time. The forsaken hub has the additional advantage of no frigs to scramble you.

Sit on that NPC respawn, make sure to have at least 1 stasis web to help your blaster, have enough active tank to survive, and rake in isk like leaves falling off a tree lol.

All these people talking about kiting this and moving around that (and omg belt ratting, who belt rats anymore?) aren't quite doing it wrong, just kinda wrong-ish lol, Eventually you'll have the isk and skills for a Vindicator, then the real madness begins :) .

I tested a T2 Blaster Mega in an Outer Reach system doing this 2 weeks ago (I know what a Vindi will do, just got the mega to see if it was viable and cost effective), 30 million isk every 20 minutes from a tech1 BS with tech2 guns and faction anti-matter.

I get 28 mil a tick just in my Thanny, saavaging with a noctis on a second account whilst you fly in the thanny to the next spawn makes you another 100 odd mill per full cargo hold(obviously cherry picking the good stuff and dumping the rest). Not to be sniffed at especially if you have a second account.
