Skipping tutorials

Im currently stuck on the Interstellar Travel tutorial quest. I can get to Aidart but am unable to find the Academy. I don't appear to have any options and have spent a few hours attempting to find the Academy to get he pilot cert.

Is it possible to skip this mission or am i doing something horribly wrong even after following the tutorial word for word.

I had a GM tell me it was on the Station in the sector but this did not seem right.

This game is making me feel like a noob

If I remember right, it should be in one of the customs offices? You don't actually dock, you just go up to the station and open its cargo.

Ended up dropping the mission and then picking it back up as i was missing the info in the top left of the screen for some reason.
after that was able to get to the location and complete the mission.
