Possible loan/bond

Looking to see what rates I could get for a loan or bond to purchase carrier and dread bpos. I would beable to provide collertal in form of componet bpos full set all are me25+. I would need access to them to build off of while the plans where in place. I plan to purchase another builder to make use of all bpos. Would also need a few billions for start isk for minnerals. Dont want to do all carrier/dread bpos at once. Prefer as few investors as possible. I will be happy to have an audit should you require it. Please post if your willing, unsure yet of amount or term. But no more than my collertal will cover.
