The OP is probably pointing it out because they have said it's against the rules to play station games in the test system. I think they said to actually report it though, which I don't believe is posting on the forums, but I could be wrong.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

He was obviously testing how the NPC AI changes will affect his Nyx ratting.
