He was a very good sport about it though. Still, a fail.

Later that day certain people had rolled that C3 and happened to come across a pos floating without shield. Unfortunately there were no ships dropped in the SMA. Although we did appreciate the PLEX that dropped from the CHA.

what is this shitfit?

So we noticed a tower trying to online in our static, sent the cloaky to check it out. yup fresh tower was not there 30 minutes ago.

so we wait. tower anchor timer goes by .. orca decloaks 70 off the tower .. and MWD trick warps to a deep safe ... Frack its gone .. about a minute later its back on short scan. Bomber tackles as it lands on tower.

as we engage he logs on a carrier and what we assume from previous kills a moros. upon seeing our fleet land both the newly logged in toons log right off, they never make it to grid. long story short

Not sure if this was posted by anyone else from LFARM but.. we had a nullsec Thanny (fail fitted) that thought it would be funny to warp to our wormhole to try and scare off (lulz) a couple of T3's and a HIC that we had posted there. I have no idea what was going through his mind and probably don't want to know...

This was only after he lost a ship on that wormhole not long before.

Our NA timezone was logging on at this point and fine laughs were had.

http://killalliance.co.uk/kb/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=5365

He had a support fleet of about 15 in local that didn't come to help him.

0) Not have your Onyx light up a bubble (no doubt hoping to catch my pod for a kill).
1) Not lose the purifier to drones and HMLs.
2) Not lose the nemesis to drones, HMLs and your own bomb (Roll)
3) Not bring your dramiel (when did you think this was a good idea to begin with?) into small neut range, get caught in the Onyx's bubble and subsequently not only lose your poorly fit Dram, but also get podded and lose some juicy implants.
4) Not bring a Proteus (also into bubble range), then get caught on a structure and almost get popped because you can't warp away before getting into structure.
5) Not wait almost 45 mins before deciding you've lost enough ships/ISK/time and leave the benign drake to go its own way - 2 drones and a few thousand scourge rounds lighter.
6) Bring something with some DPS that won't die when the drake farts at it.

* I admit to derping as well. I'd been taking meds for a cold and was only half-thinking when I decided to run sigs while waiting for meds to kick in again. Bad idea. Really - bad - idea.

happily traveling our chain from highsec with a chain being: hs-c2-c4-c5-home in a legion. on the c2-c4 i get caught in a bubble from an onyx with a proteus, raven, some ceptor, and 2 drakes. Happily i burn straight ahead, jump the wormhole and get caught on the other side by the same onyx. ignoring the onyx i align to the next wormhole, hit mwd and overheat, burn out and warp off

and then it hit me......im in a pvp t3 and they got some battlecruisers, a raven and a proteus that doesnt have range. and i got lotsa scorch. so i turn around and warp back straight into the bubble. align back, drag the battlecruisers and raven off the battleship (the proteus had cloaked up god knows where) and start fighting. the raven seems torp fitted so he can't actually hit me, and the drakes just fire some missiles at me. so i start on the raven hoping he is buffer and not active

worryingly, as soon as i hit armor i start dropping massively and fast. hardeners are active, damage control is active, but i drop fast. i try to get a kill before i have to warp off but can't put damage down quick enough. i return home empty handed. i fly to my pos and fit an armor rep to repair my damaged armor.......at which point i see that last night, when i had to burn to a wormhole that was being collapsed i put all my plates offline.....and never turned them on again. i cried :(

Definitely.

I once jumped a Guardian into battle forgetting that it had Inertial Stabilizers in the lows after traveling 30+ jumps to get there. Lol IIRC they REALLY needed the reps on-grid. Big smile

Caught some silly little Legion griefer trying to start some trouble in my wormhole. Bubbled, decloaked, jammed/neuted/TDed/TPed/webbed, and made his griefer buddy in a Proteus watch while we melted a 1.3 billion isk Legion. The Legion was timed out and unable to jump anywhere, so I told my interceptor pilot to jump through to try and catch that Proteus if he decided to show his face. Onyx pilot thinks he hears "Interdictor" instead of "Interceptor" and jumps through, allowing an equally expensive pod to escape.

I would later go on to lose that TS warp scram to an obvious bait ship named "sleeper destroyer". **** me, right?

So yesterday afternoon I was patrolling part of our WH chain in my Helios. We had an incoming C6 which was connected to a C4.

Like any scout worth his pod does when he enters a new wspace system, I started fapping I hit dscan and the thing glitched out on me, filling up multiple pages worth of Caldari Shuttles. I hit dscan again to try to clear up whatever was screwing up my scanner and the same thing happened.

Dscan. Shuttles.

Dscan. Shuttles.

Damn, I guess there's just about a hundred shuttles sitting in that POS. I pin down the POS. But there are no bubbles and no shuttles. Interesting.

I warp to a nearby moon just for good measure and "OMGWTFSOMEGETSOMESTEALTHBOMBERS" on comms!!!

There's about 150 shuttles in two perfect little blobs floating at this moon. I start checking pilot tags and they're all owned by some bear who's still online at that POS I just checked out.

Oh, the tears that would soon be shed. Tears of unfathomable sadness as kill mails and loss notifications flood his mailbox.

Two of our corp's stealth bombers roll in, chomping at the bit to blow their loads all over this dude's shuttles.

Once we finished scouting the system and made sure this wasn't some sort of Lex Luthor-level elaborate trap we unleashed the hounds.

There were clouds of rolling explosions and then I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of bears suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced.

Glorious.

So you killed someone ratting, didn't get the pod because you fail at comms then loose your ship to a baitship? Apart from comms that sucks but isn't really fail.

< this guy was drunk and lost his rolling raven in null after not noticing that the wh was verged, then tried to make a drunken 20 jump run through null to hs because scanning was just too damn hard. 2nd degree fail.

Resurrected. I'll let the fail displayed on the killmails speak for itself, but some additional info is needed.

After jumping into yet another C4 I went through the obligatory intel gathering. Quite a few ships on dscan and an active POS. Warped to POS and reported on ships. Looked at dscan. Looked at POS. Dscan.

O.o

Orca and a few other squishies on dscan are not at the POS. The gears of destruction grind into action as I drop probes and get a lock on the targets. Warped onto grid and sure enough these guys are killing space-rocks. The gang is in warp so I decloak and bump the orca. Our bubbles ships land, we spread gratuitous points for maximum KM whoring and proceed to have our way with these guys.

And then, to our amasement, one of their guys left in system but who'd been POS'd up the entire time accepted a fleet invite allowing us to warp him around the system. Sadly, he kept cancelling the warp. Strangely, he stayed in fleet for about 5 minutes.

What, you mean someone bragging about killing an orca and 2 T1 barges?

The bar has been lowered quite a lot, it seems.
