+ 6's and + 7's implants this winter expansion

Arround 1 bil isk for +6's and 10 bil isk for + 7's. I know they kinda already exists in the game but not activated. Since the killmail already includes implants it would be awesome to see how creazy people are travelling through a lowsec with 50 bil isk in their head.


ps. it has nothing to do with my wallet just an idea lol

I like this. yet another isk sink for the game when we need more and more isk sinks

Ofc. And just like I said in other post, we should be able to retrieve some of the implants if we collected the corpse. It would be a matter of chance just like loot from ships and youd have to use medical facility in station to operate ( good idea for new set of science skills ).

+1'd, also make it where thats true for all past corpses as well.

Just not learning +7 implants. +5 are bad enough already that encourage a lot of player to sit in HighSec making EVE less interesting for everyone. With +7 learning it will be "Wait a year until undock".

I agree with the +6 and +7 idea, however I don't think it would be a good idea to be able to loot the implants. Also, to avoid +6 and +7 implants being readily available to ALL people, and to keep the supply low and price high, make it to where only the people who run missions for certain corporations in the empires be able to get them from the LP store. For example,

Faction warfare Corporations,
Roden Shipyards for gallente,
Sisters of Eve ( maybe not ),
Republic security services for Minmatar,
Home Guard for Caldari,
Some corp for Amarr ( not familiar with them )

And not make them available for the splinter factions like ammatar mandate or khanid kingdomand so on.

This wold mean that people would have to change the corps they constantly run missions for, or join FW and get blown up every now and then.

The cost for lp/isk could be something like 240K LP and 240 million isks for the standard corps/tier 3 FW stage. From this, a full set would cost you 1.2 billion isks for + 6 and if we put +7 at 310Klp and 310 million isks, 1.55 billion for a full set of plus 7's. With market inflation for profit, the cost would go up like it normally does.

Or better yet, make them only avaiable from Pirate NPC's. NPC space could use a few more tenants.

You can always use jumpclone for pvp operation and lowsec/wh experience. The fact is that anybody who likes to seat in highsec will stay there anyway.

Yes. I agree. It could be great Christmas gift this winter for all hard working pvpers.

You already have to decide, either enjoy the fastest possible skill speed or a high bonus with pirate implants and stay in empire, low- or high-sec where you are save not to lose them. The average player in 0.0 can't affored to lose them, so if you goto 0.0 you have to sacrifice already major benefits. If you bring (back?) the +7 implants the problem would just get worse.

So this is the best argument against such implants.

I feel that +7s should be a significant portion more expensive. at the rate of increase you propose, it's similar to plateauing rather that following the near exponential increase that you see everywhere else.
you are close on the already accepted prices for +6s which is 250 mil isk and 250k LP. following the difference model they seem to have setup the +7s would be somewhere around 4.35 million LP and 4.35 bil isk.
EDIT: sorry, I mixed up 2 numbers, I need to change the base. so the actual rate for +7s would be about 1.025 mil LP and 1.025 bil isk.

This! as a pilot that keeps losing +3 implants on stupid fitted pvp ships i aprove of this, implants should be lootable and we need more expensive implants that can be used as an ISK sink.
