It's called an Utu, and I've never seen one for sale.

I was interested in playing with some fits, and using it for FW. Not sure if it's a good ship, or fail. I've placed 3 buy orders at Dodixie for 16 million a piece if anyone is interested. Wasn't even sure if that was a fair price, or if I was overshooting, but that's around the price of some other faction navy frigates.

It was a ship given away as a prize in the 8th alliance tournament. So it is worth billions due to it's rarity. Here is a link to a recent auction. Thread

I was mostly interested in a fat drone bay. I guess I'll get that with the new Tristan in the winter, albeit, with 1 less midslot.
