Every ship in EVE needs a face in the model - new Tempest

Pretty cool, well done

While we're here, please art types - can you centre the lower thrusters on the vertical axis - asymmetry in the rest of the model is great by the way.

This face may become even more obvious than the orca over time, will see.

It still lacks the texture. Pic is from in game viewer in Duality.

I'm on Sarmatiko's youtube update list. He tried explaining to me how to use the in-game browser and trusted websites to link to the id's of these new items - I failed! If you work it out, let me know please. I need a much better look at the 'Harpoon', it's not working for me at the minute - as a design Sad
(Duality not accepting connections at the minute so no point trying)

I'm going to shoot the statue in Jita until the Vexor and Ishtar get their peppy grins back.

It's a slight improvement I suppose, though after seeing the stabber concept art I am disappointed in comparison. But oh well. Unlike what they did to the Raven at least this is an improvement regardless how slight it might be.

Thanks for posting the new Tempest model. It looks very good so far! I guess they sexed up the Tempest and Stabber as an apology for the sheer UGLINESS of the new Minmatar destroyer. I sincerely hope the "snowplow on the front of a brick" look of that thing doesn't spread.

It's so unbelievably nasty that it actually makes the Moa look sleek. Cry

I really like this design but it still has problems that are easily fixed. I agree that the Raven could have been better, but the biggest mess of all redesigned ships has to be the Reaper. Simply awful.
