Yeah yeah i want to sit on a roid and mine all day long Lol

but to do so i am looking for a hulk toon (no need for PVP skills like propulsion jamming) just skills to sit and fit it (non fail fit)

Exhumers 4... 5 is a big positive
Cybernetics 5
able to ice and mine using T2 and mine least hi sec ore crystals

Maybe not exactly what your after but is able to use t2 ice miners, or if you fancy he can just sit and boost, versatility is the key to survival :P willing to let him go for 3.5bil but no less.
