Hello world!
Ive been running anomalies in sov space lately, mostly rally points. i know they have a chance to escalate into 6/10 Ded. Was wondering if you could provide me a list of anoms that escalate to 3/10 or 4/10 ?

You won't find those in null. The lowest level anom you can get in null sec is "Regular" Rally Points and "Faction" Dens (Such as Guristas Hidden Den, that escalates to the Guristas 6/10 is you get very lucky).

High sec and low sec. I got Mul-Zatah Monastery twice, about a week apart, have not had any since. It is 4/10. I was doing anomalies in high sec.

From 1st hand experience:

Refuge can escalate to 4/10 DED Complex
Yard can escalate to 6/10 DED Complex
Haven can escalate to 10/10 DED Complex

Note that if you do forlorn/forsaken/whatever ones, you'll get escalations to the next tier of DEDs.
