NPCs have a capacitor like any other ship - though they don't use that for anything themselves. But I believe they are considered for Nosferatus though (so if their percentage level is lower than yours, they shouldn't work anymore).

Of if they do it doesn't get used up even if neuted or nos'd Using a NOS on NPC's just gives you the cap and no other effect on NPC's Using a neut on NPC's slows down their rof and repair/regen rates. That is the Way, the Tao. Balance is everything.
