I'm looking into starting a transport service to null sec stations. Don't know a whole lot about the game, so I'm just looking to see basically how much "business" there is in this industry. I'm basically looking to see how many corps/ freelancers out there could use a weekly/ bi weekly supply convoy to a null sec station. Unfortunately, without knowing if this is the career route I'd like to pursue without more information on the market, I cannot give more details about where I will be willing to unload at. If you would be willing to help me acquire this information, please let me what type of freight you might need delivered, and a rough idea of where you will need these deliveries made. Thank you in advance for your help, and hopefully one day we will be in business.

If you're struggling to find business I'd suggest thinking about joining up with Red Frog, they're basically the number one haulage organisation in New Eden. And from what I gather you don't have to leave the corp you're currently in, just have a basic alt in RF to accept contracts.

Maybe not as profitable as handling the whole process from scratch but you'll get a better idea about how hauling works, what money there is to be made and hey, maybe some contacts interested in setting up a private service with you.

Best of luck o7

As Caelis said - Red Frog/Black Frog can help you with getting contracts and can teach you the tradecraft if that should be necessary.

However, make sure that you are well aware of the risks - the price you can charge for transportation will be very low compared to the cost of your ship and especially the popular low-sec jump-points tend to be risky (Machariel + Dread + misplaced cyno/not paying 100% attention/client freeze/... = one dead jf).

Thank you both for the information. I will try to set up a contact in Red Frog sometime this weekend.
