300+ fleet battle at downtime, and CCP doesn't keep the cluster up?

I was so laughing at this, when I checked the forums from my iphone at work.

What ever made you think they would push back downtime because people were playing when the downtime normally occurs?

Oh, and about that with the WoW and servers being up all the time. Really not even close to comparable. That's like what, 100 to 1000 max players per server, on common hardware, with limited coding that is easily optimized these days. What is complicated about WoW? The whole game could be played with a deck of cards and a 6 sided dice.

WoW has a 8 hour DT every week. I don't really know what you are talking about.

CCP should delay DT till everybody is docked and typed "ready" in local

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

I demand that they consult me to make sure D/T is convenient for my coffee breaks.
