Yes, we're entirely aware of it, and in fact I recently redefined our "DEFCON" levels posted to members to take the shift in wars and SOP into account.

The Team Liquid war, along with the U-MAD war and the other occasional ones, are both good examples of wars which can be entirely negated simply by paying attention and taking simple precautions, like using our intel channels, making hauler alts, and not auto-piloting between trade hubs in an Orca.

The Molden Heath stuff back in June was pretty fun. Our LoSec Campus, which was supposed to move around every few months, decided after a long time in one location to move somewhere where there was a lot of combat. This happened to be near our HQ, and lots of fights near HQ means lots of newbies wanting to get involved, which lead to invitations for more newbies, so things got amusing for a time.

Some weeks ago the LSC was put back on-mission: teaching and learning how to live in LoSec without disrupting the local 'wildlife' significantly, and its working incredibly well. So much so that we expect to re-launch our NullSec Campus Soon™.

For anyone wondering, "Management is aware of this loss" is what typically gets posted on our killfeed to stop everyone simply piling in with comments on dumb losses, before we can make sure the person who had the loss understands why it was stupid or avoidable.

Well I got news for you Kelduum - so far the war hasn't been negated. Losses probably have been minimised (As I have no idea how many WT's we miss when hunting) but seriously, you're guys are still making mistakes so something is clearly not working right

I just have visions of car crashes with the signs "Police are aware of this crash" in my head now. Is that a terrible thing?

I'm not a fan of empire 'greifing' or noobdeccing but this war i'm definatly yelling ' GO GET EM U-MAD' , irony overload with throwing more punchbags towards U-MAD RvB Blink

What's the score now 5000+ members vs 41 members? Say we be noobs all you want but i'd say with such a HUGE numerical advance no excuse will do.Good going OP , instead of making it worse for the aggressors things are just getting more entertaining for U-MAD.

We are all born ignorant, but one must work hard to remain stupid.

They will provide as much, if not more entertainment for us, don't worry. PvP is what we are about, we just don't worship our KB's quite as much. PvP for PvP's sake; as long as some fun is had from it then our goals are achieved.

Well going to have to have better stuff than yesterday. I don't believe your players grasp how sig radius works. Just cause you got alot of tornados at range don't mean that crappy BS gun is going to track as they found out. As RvB already kno me I will confirm I could have soloed that horrid fleet (until falcon showed up) with one of my real combat ships. Having it blue frogged up as we speak. So go ahead and enter said insult about whatever and how you welcome me bringing a ship you think you can attempt to kill but will go badly wrong when you try.

I'm starting to enjoy this more and more.

Basically what I got from your post is this. You are saying that my corporation and Team Liquid don't affect your corporation one bit and all of the mistakes/losses were piloting errors on your side?

"The Team Liquid war, along with the U-MAD war and the other occasional ones, are both good examples of wars which can be entirely negated simply by paying attention and taking simple precautions, like using our intel channels, making hauler alts, and not auto-piloting between trade hubs in an Orca."

I shall remember this as I also remember this quote.

Kelduum Revaan > homestly, because i dont see you as a threat

I suggest you check yourself and think about your alliance a little bit more. Leave CCP alone as all of EVE enjoys the modern war dec system Smile You did this to yourself as you didn't choose your words more wisely.

Now, to all the EvE Uni/newb sympathizers I have a simple question for you: where in the game mechanics does it state that you must stay in EvE Uni once you join?

A simple solution for a newb who wants to play the game and avoid any unwanted combat is to drop roles and drop corp. The war does not follow him and he can do whatever he wants at that point. This is the freedom they have.

The freedom we have is the freedom to declare war upon any corporation in EvE as long as we are following rules. If they undock during war we have the right to shoot them, regardless of their ship type, age and race.

Thanks for being such understanding fellows and I hope the tears stop flowing,

hmm team liquid? what are you guys doing here? i dont think ive heard about the what they did, you care to explain?

Back in June this year, they temporarily moved a proportion of their members to a lowsec staging system, which they didnt use as a platform to get proper ~elite pvp~ fights in the molden heath area, but rather blobbed all the things and gatecamped all the gates. This sparked anger in multiple of the lowsec entities living there, including the King of Molden Heath, Überlisk, who called us to arms. We, Team Liquid, heard the call and deployed to molden heath for a week.
What followed was a complete disaster for eve uni. Funny enough we were the reason they removed the efficiency display on the frontpage of their killboard, because a negative value doesnt look good.
One or two weeks later, eve uni accepted that their blobs are not welcome in molden heath and left the area.
Our war however, will stay indefinitely, as a permanent reminder of the crimes they commited.

While we will not actively support anything that has to do with stationcamping in highsec, we fully endorse the idea of teaching a lesson to eve uni. Over the time their leadership has become a cancer and needs to be removed or the entire alliance destroyed.
With quotes such as "we won the war because 3 years later the corp that had decced us closed" or "leadership is aware of this loss", they are teaching false ideals to their newbies.

HOW IRONIC.......Ugh

1. An entity in low sec doesn't like their game play being disrupted...

2. Said entity call's in help "This sparked anger in multiple of the lowsec entities living there, including the King of Molden Heath, Überlisk, who called us to arms. We, Team Liquid, heard the call and deployed to molden heath for a week."

3. Obviously EvE University was not playing by the set of rules and mechanics expected of the low sec entities..Roll

4. White Knights roll in and teach noobs lesson..... beat the crap out of them.... this isn't enough of lesson.. we still butthurt!!! Must dec forever "pounds on chest"

5. So EvE Uni fully within their game mechanic rights, camped gates and blobbed in low sec, somewhat like the locals usually do and although the locals do not commit any crime doing this.... EvE Uni did!!!

Do you have any idea how completely hypocritical and moronic the statements from yourself and U-Mad actually are?

Bunch of 12 year olds trying to justify griefing with "oxyMORONs".....Shocked
