[Solved] System hang when attempting to access Buckingham or Duality

Once I get the launcher up and ready, the moment I press play I receive a black screen and a resultant system hang.

Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

Update: Had to clear the local client settings in the launcher for the game to launch correctly
