It was configured to come up in VIP mode after daily downtime. I have requested the removal of this flag so it doesn't happen again and the server is no longer in VIP. Sorry for that, you can shoot me later today if you're around :)

I just posted in a non-sticky thread about this, but clicking play gives me one second of black-screen, and then I'm looking at my desktop while the splash screen music plays. I've repaired and re-patched twice with no real change.

I've updated my drivers to the latest version for the GeForce GT 525M card, which has not solved this problem that I still have and am unable to actually perform any workarounds for. Apparently, starting Duality in windowed mode fixes this, problem is, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it to start in windowed mode if the game more or less crashes and burns on start. Is there a way to set that the next booting of the client will take place in windowed mode?

The test was bogus.

Players destroy you as soon as you leave station.

No test should be run this way.

The destruction of main ship in High Sec was truly imaginative too. No warning was made and loss of a shiny was avoidable.

Podding should not be allowed on tests also.

Hopefully will be resolved with our update later today. This update is to fix the Navy-shooting-everyone bug :)

I'll post here when it's done.

It's against test server rules to fight on the station so apologies if this happened to you. The devs made a point of going to the combat areas before engaging anyone, for instance. Podding not being allowed would lead to a lot of people sitting in pods watching the fights and not getting involved, which is something we want to avoid. Since it's a test server, being podded isn't really a big issue anyway. As far as High Sec goes, there is currently an issue where navies will attack anyone on sight, which gives you GCC, which calls in CONCORD. A fix for this will hopefully be rolled out today.

any date on the cruisers? im really looking forward to trying out a baby onieros :D

Im having the same issue as everyone else, I just checked again to be sure, When I start the client the screen flickers for a moment and only see my desktop, To close the client I have to go CTRL + ALT + DEL to launch the taskmanager to close and when I close the client it says that it is not responding so we have to force close the application.

Any help plz.

Start game in windowed mode (Alt+Enter). You will probably have to accept EULA - that happened to me.

But server status Unknown is still there.
