Looks too much like a caldari design. the model needs to be slimmer and and more minmatar like for me to enjoy it.
still a work in progress, so still time to change it.

I like this new model. What I like the most about it is the thickness given to the frame of the solar sails/wingy bits. Always bothered me that the frame was so insubstantial.

Kudos to the art department. A fine makeover to an already fine ship.

You guys remember that fluff about that Hilen Tukoss character or whatever who defected from Caldari to Minmatar?

I bet this is his fault. All I can give him is praise because holy **** this is actually awesome, and I think I might need to acquire a Vargur.

Structurally it doesn't look Caldari at all, really. It looks like a proper Minmatar ship. I think what's throwing people off is the untextured blue-grey color of the model.

Echo that i have yet to look @ caldari ship with wingy bits or that is proper vertical looking.

Only thing that can make this ship more mini is to be either taller or longer or thinner it look too compact as is but texturing all that stuff on it can change that impression too.

I never liked the look of Minmatar battleships. This makes me want to reconsider training into one. I looks a lot beefer and battleship like.

Kinda reminds me of a deviantart drawing called tempest 2.0 or some such. Looking good, you Minmatar beast. Here's crossed fingers that the finalized design is even more TwistedawesomenessTwisted (<- yes, I known, not a real word but this is a forum so get over it).
