Now that CCP has decided to utterly destroy Caldari as a missioning race, and has promised to do the same for Winmatar, which race should I train?

Both are heavy cap users, and both have lackluster performance compared to the two races being removed, but we can be pretty sure neither of those races will be worth flying ever again, so of the two current crap races which one is the better?

Now with 100% less Troll.

So you tested all the tweeks and know what it is like, can you point us to the server where you tested? That being said, go with Gal, if you are goint to be worthless, at least look good while doing it!!
