Again: Drake Fit For L3/L4

Dear community,

i hope i´m not beating a dead horse abut all the Battleclinic and Eve-Forums fittigs seem to be a bit outdated, and maybe i´m missing something: FYI i have BC5, have all the missile support skills at least at 4 some at 5 and came up with something like this:

High:

7 x Heavy Missile Launcher II

Med:

10mn AB II (or named depending on grid/cpu)
2 x LSE II
3 x missions spec. Hardener II

Low:

2 x Beta reactor control: Shield Power Relay I
2 x Ballistic Control System II

Rigs:

3 x Med. core defense field purger I

5 x Hobgob II


So, now my questions: Scourge HM i heard is a good jack of all trades, and the obvious Thunderbolt for fighting Blood/Sansha. Do i need any other missiles?

Is this fit accurate or failfit/outdated?

Open for every advice given, and thanks for reading!

Train for a Mach instead.

I read about the incoming HM nerf, but as is have skilled up support skills and heavy missiles the damage is already done (damn). Hopefully it does´nt strike like its said by now when it goes live on TQ.

Anyway, no word about this drake fit, has anyone suggestions?

The consensus seems to be to use HAMs. It'll mean having to fight closer in, but HAMs do decent DPS. A TP might be a good idea for Frigates/Cruisers, but you can still use Drones for those of course.
