Service
Pilots serve Re-Aw in a variety of ways.


Aid the Republic as only a capsuleer can, by running missions for Brutor Tribe and the Minmatar Republic. Strive to earn and maintain standings of 8+ with Brutor Tribe and 5+ with the Minmatar Republic.
Organize or participate in corp and allied ops and fleets, based on your strengths and availability.
Organize or participate in corp projects, including mining, manufacturing, salvage, research, and so on, based on your strengths and availability.
Pay corp tax. 10% is automatically deducted from mission rewards and bounties (>100,000 ISK).

We're often at war, against pirates and other threats to the Republic. If you're a warrior, we offer training, gear, and frequent fleets. If you're a noncombatant, we offer training, scouting, and protection. All pilots should monitor intel channels and report hostiles. We don't have a mandatory Call to Arms (CTA).

Honor

In all your words and actions, strive to maintain and improve the community, effectiveness, and reputation of our corporation and friends. If you need a detailed list of rules and consequences, we're not the right corp for you.

We hunt pirates and slavers. Any association with these criminals can have serious consequences.

Attitude

We value initiative and teamwork. We don't have a complicated chain of command outside of fleets. You should choose your own plans and projects for income and adventure, while trying to network within the corp and allies.
