If there is no POS in the system, how can you claim it to sell it?

Wormhole sellers/dealers trade in information - what I am selling is not the system itself. I do not claim to own the system, but I do know how to get there, or at least how to find a way to get there. The sell price is the cost of my services - I find the system and make it available to someone who does want to put up a POS and claim ownership of the system itself. I own only the information I am selling.

There is currently no active claim of ownership over this system (or the others I sell), as evidenced by the fact that there are no active POS in system. There are also no latent claims of past ownership, as evidenced by the fact that there are no inactive POS in system. The system is, therefore, ready and waiting for someone to claim it...and someone will. I just want to be the one who facilitates that process, and in doing so, claim my "finder's fee", so to speak.

I hope this explanation makes sense. Please feel free to review my previous sell orders for reviews from satisfied clients.
