i thought i made it pretty clear at the beginning of the post.... "This is not an auction"
meaning... dont post with an isk amount and expect to "win" something at the end date.

the reason there is a minimum bid is because i will not be looking at offers under 30bil. It should have been very easy to figure out.

i will change some words to make it clear for you and others that cant figure it out.

You had a start price and a reserve which is why I asked. Thank you for clearing it up for me and again free bump. P.S I would move yourself to an NPC corp before the lock hammer falls.
