But yeah, leadership skills so you can start a fleet with other players or just your girlfriend. You'll have a new window open up for fleet management and from there you can warp to each other and all that jazz.

Just one thing boggling my mind in this thread:
I know Leadership provides 2 more members per level and 10% bonus to targetting speed, but why train it otherwise? ain't needed to form a fleet and warp it to a location.

For fleet bonuses, people in command positions must have adequate skills to command those under them.

The fleet must be valid (green checkmark not red X) to get bonuses like that targeting bonus (everybody under your command can get the bonus).

Also related to fleet boosting: gang links, mindlink implants, and leadership skills.

Ships that can fit gang links: Command Ships, Battlecruisers, Strategic Cruisers with Warfare defensive subsystem fitted, carrier, supercarrier, titan, Orca, Rorqual.

The basic leadership skills bonuses at level 5 (no links or special ships required): +10% armor, +10% shield, +10% targeting range, +10% targeting speed, +10% agility, +10% ore mining yield. Mindlink implants replace these with 15%, except targeting speed.

Not everyone responds like that so i'd advice the opposite , it's nicer to blend in with different genders and nationalities.And even then , if she get's one of those 'ooohooooh female' guys she can enjoy the luxury of having everything bought and brought to you for freebies.Go on TS once and earn a few Bille just because you said ' AFK a bit gonna take a nice hot shower'.

additionally you might look into fleet bonuses granted and how they work .

i dont know if it is still the case but somone can turn in a mission for self or for group . for group divides the bounty to all in fleet / group
