does standing to corp effect buy order prices?

Hi,

just wondering about station trading and if the standings are also counted when calculating broker fees and tax etc think i heard once they were, not sure anymore though.

know this may not be the right place to post but was thinking of training up my trade skills, not much point if the standings need to be top too though, want the best possible advantage
