It is not possible to update my Credit Card Details

I got a mail from CCP:

our records show that the credit card we have on file for your subscription is due to expire soon or has already expired.
In order for an uninterrupted service, we ask you to set up a new subscription plan before XX Sep 2012 or switch to another payment method,


I can not UPDATE my Credit Card details. There is abolute NO option to just update this thing. Changing the subscription plan does nothing. It just said "Your subscription interval has been changed." But I am not asked about the credit card Details. What must I doin order for an uninterrupted service?
