Does anyone know what's the required sec status and pirate detection array level to get forsaken hubs? Thanks.

I don't know what level of pirate array you need, but I've seen them in upgraded systems with a -0.01 truesec.

You really only need a nullsec system with pirate detection array 4 installed in the ihub as well as Military 4 to be able to spawn forsaken hubs if im not mistaken
