Ah but you see, I am not discussing petitions in the direct sense of their rules ;)

You have to pay very close attention to loopholes. You see, most countries don't bar disclosure of messages between a corporation and their clients. And since I'm paying CCP for atleast 3 services, buying their plex's and such, I am a client and they are not a protected industry. Any statements they make in whole or in part to any member of their client baseis not considered priviledged information as it does not give a noticeable advantage over another member nor does it disclose any personal information about their clients nor staff.

Not to mention keeping their petition statements confidential and refusing to publicly admit / notify their client base of a failure on their part in whole or in part is a breach of their own EULA and ToS agreements in which they are required to notify the player base/clients and any associated marketing groups immeadiatly of service changes, rule changes and status changes to their service and/or provider base.

Short version:

CCP in no way shape or form can hold client / staff priviledge over anyone's head about disseminating a document or communication which affects the state of the game, gameplay or any form of explotation as refusing to do so and then banning someone for doing exactly what they explained in a GM to Client message and kept "underwraps" would be considered entrapment and a severe violation of their service agreements.

(I'm extremely bored at the moment incase you couldn't tell. Not to mention all i would have to do anyway is post their GM statements on a 3rd party site not include a name and just drop a link from a trial account at the local cafe then be done with any possible implications of myself or anyone else)

STOP! MY EYES MY EYES! You sound like a friggin' lawyer. Knock that crap off. I'll take a world full of Goons, before I'll settle on one friggin attorney. Amirite?

Hugs for everyone! Except lawyers.

Its a shame that all of that long winded babble is technically incorrect. I'd stare that down in court any day of the week. Personal request, before anyone gets all hot and bothered about their newest "loophole" they found in EULA/law/etc they should probably actually consider learning the law associated. People get degrees to practice this stuff for a reason.

Uhh,... You know that Mittens is an attorney, right?

Funny thing I have noticed. Underneath all the stuff people think about Goons, most of them are well educated, functional adults.

What i like about this is that it's:

a) Very clever and has little risk to the Goons finances or own ships

b) Gets a bunch of people eating each other over scraps of ISK, which is their own fault

c) Encourages people to 0.0 and low sec as the risk is the same and lets face it soon there will be a bunch of suicide gankers who will only be able to fly low sec

d) Has finally made me want to ice mine, normaly sat in Gillantee space i wouldn't bother, but now if i nip to caldari, ammar or min space i can mine, bring it back and sell it and make a big profit, although i may hold onto it for after winter.

I never thought i'd say this and it makes me cry a little inside but.... thankyou goons.

I feel dirty now.

Buy an orca alt, or use an alt to give you a warpin. A battlecruiser with Nanofiber Internal Structures in the lows can align and warp from station before the faction navy warp scrambles it, and CONCORD does not spawn until you have actually committed an illegal action.

hehehe, a Tech II version of the Noctis called the Goonbulance. Flys around and picks up podded pilots, but you can only get them out if you pay a 50mil retainer fee.

Hello Space Friends;

So how does this work? It's very simple. Any ship on the below list is eligible for a bounty payout, so long as it is destroyed in Caldari or Gallente high security space. Let me say that again: in order for a kill to be eligible for bounty payouts, the kill must occur in either Caldari high security space or Gallente high security space. Another provision is that the killmail must be API-verified in order for the pilot to receive payment.

ELIGIBLE SHIPS & BOUNTY PAYOUTS
  • 500 million ISK : Anshar, Ark, Nomad, Rhea
  • 250 million ISK : Orca; Charon, Fenrir, Obelisk, Providence
  • 25 million ISK : Hulk
  • 10 million ISK : Mackinaw; Capsule*
  • 5 million ISK : Covetor, Procurer, Retriever, Skiff; Bustard, Crane, Impel, Mastodon, Occator, Prorator, Prowler, Viator

  • We are Erasers.Co,. Minmatar separatist organization, our mission is to destroy any civilian ship that helps the economy Caldari, so we decided to join the saga of the destruction of ships in the Caldari space.

And it was notified that anyone with a legitimate kill in Caldari space can claim the reward, and here we are.

Since when have technicalities ever stopped the law from being applied inappropriately? There's precedent for everything, something that is regularly used in legal proceedings.

The one thing people seem to be mising is that jita is in Caldari space. Being that a very large percentage of all trade in eve goes via Jita and a large amount is via haulers. Most of the north aka Goons & co use Jita. So be sure to ganks some of their haulers and get them to pay you for it :-)
But Jita will be gank central, untill a new trade hub outside of gallente or caldari space is found.

    Let the good times roll.
