Moveme channel

I and about....19 other people are sitting in the "moveme" channel on Sisi Test Server. No admin or GM douche is online to move us. Someone get on and do your job. Otherwise please make this automated so when I type "moveme" it moves me automatically...as it should be.

Calm down, talking to CCP like that won't get you anywhere.

As for automation, it is automated when CCP habakuk's alt is logged on (CCP Habakuk2 if I remember right)

The moveme channel is an additional service, which we (CCP QA and ISD) provide to make testing on Singularity a bit easier - but this service is by far not guaranteed. In the current version we need to restart the automated script after each downtime manually .

For your specific case I have an easy explanation: my client crashed a bit after midnight and nobody was around to restart it.

Why don't you just build it into the test server so it works all the time instead of having issues like this. It's a simple solution. Yeah some guy has to do some coding but it saves us alot of grief and shows you actually care about the playerbase.

Moveme is a luxury, it's not required. CCP has far more important things to do than code things specifically for sisi like what you're suggesting.

1. Unique programming on sisi only would be counter productive as its supposed to be as close to tq as possible so no... I think they are working on other things.


2. They already have a system in place, it is as previously stated, NOT a gaurnetee by any matter.


3. The moveme channel is there as a convenience when available, I fail to see how this has anything to do with ccp's Care level. As stated .....not a garunteee.

If you're already going through the hassle to seed everything in 6-C, make it a giant tournament fighting area with different arenas where the majority of people on Sisi go to play and test stuff, then why not go the tiny step further and make movement automated. I do not see the argument against this. Just ******* build it into the game like wtf is the big deal.

I request the automated system proposed incorporates a ban list which sends specific individuals to a random terminus stream

Lol I AM chill. I'm not SCREAMING in caps like that so it doesn't hurt your eyes. How do they do it of their own backs? It's their job for crying out loud. I'm just suggesting one thing to make everyone's life easier. People won't complain about not being moved and that jerk face won't have to worry about logging in a script if the game does it for him.

Wrong, CCP's job isn't to give you everything you want on THEIR test server. I wish CCP would move you to M-VACR and ban you from moveme, THEN you can complain about travel. Until then, stop complaining about moveme and enjoy having it available.

It is not CCP's job to do what your proposing, as this is a TEST server, you do not pay for the test server, therefore whatever entitlements you think you have, your wrong. CCP give you access to the test server as a kindness to players willing to test new stuff, and as a by product players are able to test their fits etc. instead of wasting ISK on TQ, a system would be good, but I'm sure CCP have about 1000 things more important to do, besides it doesnt take long to get to the combat systems, i just jump in a frig and autopilot there and then go afk/watch a movie...

You could fly there.


Just a thought, because, like you said. Everything is seeded in just about every system/constellation so you could fly there in say, a Shuttle. Buy a few ships for 100isk, once you get where you want to be and have fun.

Bring back movemebot. Add about 6 lines of code to stop moving with aggro and moving to Polaris. For a better test server.
