Login but no characters and can't enter game

What the hell? After downtime, login, process bulk data and the landing news page has no characters shown no info, and I can't enter game. I've reset all cache settings, what can I do? Oops

Odd I ran a full repair and tried again (nothing was repaired) but its fixed itself.

No I logged in fine. However this can happen when trying to log into the server RIGHT after it boots up. Give it some time and try again, if not then restart eve and try again, restart comp and try again, if all that doesn't work(you already mentioned clearing cache) put a ticket in.
