I make Noctises from the reprocessed loot that I get from salvaging using a Noctis. I'm practically a tree hugger.

(What is the plural of Noctis anyway? Noctises, Noctii, Noctae?)

I believe it to be Noctae.

Coupled with it's sister hull, the Primae, forms a medieval term of the right to claim a bride on her wedding night from lords.

By the time it didn't take all week to refine enough minerals to build a bc or bs, I had a machariel. I since have made many many many post consumer ships and items.

I do however roleplay that whenever I lose a ship that I didn't build, it was the slacker who built its fault.

internet spaceships

are serious business sir.

and don't forget it

Oy. I don't have any idea why I'm doing this.

You believe wrong. Noctium, genitive. In fact, "noctae" isn't even a valid latin word. "Primae" is the genitive ordinal "first".

Primae Noctis

Or more accurately, jus primae noctis, which would render as something like "right (or law) of the night of the first". And if you wanted to pluralize you'd end up with "jura primarum noctium".

(If my amateur etymology is borked and "primae" ought to be understood in the dative rather than the genitive, someone please let me know. I actually don't know **** about romance languages.)

Now returning to your otherwise also pointless thread.

Hehe, all I am saying is that the two ships put together looks like they are from that term.

Cheers for correcting me on the plural of Noctium....I really didn't know why you did all that either, that was a few mins you are never gonna get back.
