I'm not sure how much you're looking to spend, but my character is a great deal with 32m SP, over a quarter in science alone, for only 10b ISK. I can fly an Exhumer/Orca, invent T2 and reverse engineer T3 BPCs, run PI, R&D, Level 4 missions, and more!
