All indications point to this frigate having four high slots with three turret hardpoints. I'm willing to bet it'll have at least 1Km3 in cargo or gas/ore hold. This thing could actually end up being good for general jackassery, depending on the rest of the slot layout.

Humm, I starting to think bumping miners has a different meaning for you. Maybe something sexual. You "bump" the "miner" with your "ship". I'm going to say you are sexually repressed and you take your sexual feelings out on the miners with your ship.

It does mention that they want it to have further use 'in hostile space', too, so it's not exclusively geared for lower SP players. Procuror, etriever, and Covetor still have Ice Harvest bonuses. Hulk, Mackinaw, and Skiff all have Ice Bonuses. Only Mercoxit Bonus went away.

I don't want risk free mining, I want cry baby gankers to stop bitching that they might have to put some effort into killing miners.


I'm not a ganker. I don't even think I have a hulk on my KB...

And maybe you should put some effort into your own protection instead of having a +2 warp strength added on to your ship... that's just OP and should be reserved for blockade runners. Putting it on a small mining frigate? There's no point in having that.

Also, I, personally, am not about to risk a PvP fit for low/null/WH space by having to put 2 points on my amarr ships, when they only come with 3-4 mid slots in the first place. This would just be bad form... If you want the protection from warp scrambling so bad, man up and use a stab. Mining barges, exhumers, and I assume this frig will come with enough low slots to fit one.

It's not a glorious job, but it's no where near as dangerous as half you lot make it out to be.

i have the most basic SP skills to launch scan probes and i've found 3 ladar sites so far this week in lonetrek and forge high secs.... =/
if the gas harvesting skill wasn't so expensive i'd be harvesting it right now

edit: reading thru this the general census is people complaining that it's too hard or too easy to "do things" to miners......
for some reason i feel like a pedophile D:

+2 Warp strengh isn't OP.

I'm no expert on miner ganking, but if you have to scram a frigate instead of just one-shotting it I think you might be doing something wrong.

Actually, I don't know about WoW, (Can't imagine they'd put in that much detail; might scare away their fanbase), but AoC has pickaxes.
