Buckingham: Problems with patching, connecting and similar

C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE\eve.exe /server:Duality (works)
C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE\eve.exe /server:Buckingham (crashes with horrible-looking error)

Please fix DNS so that "/server:Buckingham" works instead of having to use the IP address.

Please support: export of settings in editable format

You locked us out of Sisi, and Buckingham never seems to be online what gives?

lets lock them out of the only "working" test server tell them to connect to Buckingham then we give them buttsecks surprise it's offline. Well played CCP, well played indeed

I am also experiencing the same issue when I log into Buckingham it takes control of my Tranquility launcher. The /Forceupdate command do I put that in my Tq or bucky launcher and do I leave it there permanently?

The only fix I have found so far is running the repair tool on my Tq copy then I can access the normal servers again.

It is important to keep your Tranquility client and your Buckingham client strictly separated, then nothing should happen with your Tranquility client.

/forceUpdate is only needed, when the version of the Launcher is higher than 1.32 - and only once. Keeping this option will slow down the startup of the Launcher, so it should be removed again.

/server:87.237.38.200 (or /server:Tranquility) is needed, if you patched your Tranquility client accidentally to the Buckingham version. It is also only needed once (but it does not hurt to keep this option). Running the repair tool will do the same.

No matter what i do i cannot get on. Getting a lovely error when i attempt to launch the launcher. Why cant you use buckingham to test dust?, in the same fact i actually am a dust tester and still cant get on singularity? Ive had a beta on the ps3 since release.

Buckingham is at the moment offline, the daily DT starts at 22:40, but I'm not sure at the moment, when it ends. I'll check it out on Monday and see if we can reduce the lenght of the DT.

Looks like Buckingham is still down. My Buckingham install worked 09/14/2112, just not after the server went down for maintenance. I would have posted my error log but it contains HTML.

was on a hour ago, shut down for daily dt and stuff, but its a very danm long dt

Sounds a bit strange, i double click the launcher and get a big long text error, this is caused by it being offline?.
