When your in a fast a mobile ship, like a stiletto or a dramiel with skrimish links... your able to to run straight through a cloaking ship before it actually disapears from the overview and brackets... even when having been within 1km of the target, it will not be decloaked afterwards... or have it's cloak canceled... I consider this a problem

CCP could you look into improveing the decloaking mechanics so when a ship is beginning to cloak, it can still be decloaked in that 1-2 sec time frame where it is still on the overview?

(If you do not know about this small problem... I could fraps and upload the problem....)

Totally agree-- this "feature" is annoying as **** and effectively makes nanoed-out, covert, nullified T3s unkillable, since if you can get your align time down to ~3-4 seconds (which you can on Tengus and Lokis as least), you can't be decloaked before you can align and warp.

yes this is a persistent issue for a long time already. If a ship is in process of cloaking, you wont decloak it even by flying straight through it. This alrady prevented me from many kills I've should have done otherwise.
