Bond offering: 5bil, collateralized, 4%/month, 1 month

I have a successful running production business which generates me 5-8 bil per month. Recently I am expanding into 2 new branches of production and one of them requires substantial capital. So to save me some time and start earning profits sooner, I had a thought of launching a bond.

Bond size: 5 billion ISK
Interest rate: 4% per month, total 200 mil at maturity
Collateral: 3x capital component BPOs 100/20, NPC price 4.2 billion ISK
Start date: when the bond will be filled
Duration: 1 month

I would strongly prefer single investor as that would make holding collateral much easier.

I am perfectly aware that base price of collateral is less than 100%, however with amount of ponzi schemes going in these forums, I believe it should be sufficient.

Also you can check my posting history and will see that I have purchased couple characters for 17 and 18.5 bil ISK, so 5 bil is not something I would need to scam for.

Should there be not enough interest in this bond, I will cancel it, not a big deal. This is my first and most likely last bond offering.

Provided that you have an audit by VV, and she holds the collateral, I will be interested...

I'll counter offer 4b for the whole collateral @ the 4% per month interest.
If you wish, you can repay in up three months.
