Effective immediately, all suspicions and allegations against one, Malcolm Khross, have been hereby dropped and expunged from the service record of the individual.

After review and investigation from the corporate board of directors, the above individual is cleared for reinstatement of service to the Caldari State under the provision and authority of the Wirykomi Corporation. The individual will be compensated for time and asset lost due to the investigation and their citizenship under Wiyrkomi jurisdiction restored in full. Specific instructions or details related to the individual case will be included below.

Addendum:

Malcolm Khross, former CEO of the Wiyrkomi Honor Guard, is immediately cleared for return of duty and service under the Wiyrkomi Honor Guard with full benefit and restoration under the authority of the Wiyrkomi Corporation. This reinstatement is left to the discretion and jurisdiction of the current leadership of the Wiyrkomi Honor Guard, Eskeitan Reijokkan Desiderya Kyiokkinen-haani. Reinstatement of service to the Wiyrkomi Honor Guard is not impressed upon its leadership nor is limitation of the return position for Malcolm Khross.

Should Lt. Colonel Malcolm Khross choose instead to pursue alternate employment, his citizenship under Wiyrkomi Corporation is confirmed without hindrance or regulation pertaining to this incident.

Welcome back, Mr Khross. I must, incidentally, register my suspicion that there were ever any suspicions or charges at all. I keep hearing that you were up to something classified and important planet-side. Not my problem, of course, but you might want to hire a better cover-story writer.

I must wonder where these rumors originate from.

I was forcibly and publicly removed from the command position of a corporation I founded and, even after my reinstatement, am not in the command structure of that corporation or even presently associated with it. If I was indeed involved in something planetside, I made quite a sacrifice to involve myself in it.

Wiyrkomi rewards service. Whatever the questions raised, clearly Big W recognizes the good work Khross-haan has done for the State in Black Rise. It will be a privilege to serve with you again, Khross-haan. Observers will note that Commander Desiderya Kyiokkinen remains fully in command of the Honor Guard.

Im sure you and your friends are very happy that you have been found innocent Khross. Im just curious what suspicions and allegations were charged against you in the first place Khross ?

As far as i was aware you were a law abiding citizen of the Caldari State.

Have these charges that were made against already been published on the IGS. If they have could you provide a link. And if the charges made against you havent been made public, now that youve been found innocent are you willing to disclose what you have been accused of Khross.

It was a disagreement over leadership objectives and operating parameters of the Honor Guard more than anything else.
