A different approach to learning
Each field for example drone guns ships indy should have a degree . break down guns by faction also,,,,,,,1 - 5 each level increasing training time of that by a certain percentage.. More a person has learnt a certain area faster they can learn that field. Just like in real life.
Isk sink and rewarding old players to retain them : )

The ONLY good thing about the old learning skills was that they extended the time it would take your average bear to get into a battleship. By that time they should have some idea on how things work and what skills they would need.

I do not support any move to re-introduce learnign skills in any form.

Decreasing the threshold of the game will bring lots of brainless people, nevertheless this is still good over all.

Learning skills were exceptionally discouraging to new players.

It's bad enough as it is, sounds like you want an even bigger advantage vs new players. Don't worry they wont ever catch up.

how about a big fat NO. I suffered through learning skills as did many others, the best thing CCP ever did was scrap them.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Training faster I am all for. Learning skills were voted out by the players not training them. I liked them, but I was in the vast minority. Now I have unassigned SP, the effects of full learning skills, and I only trianed a few of them to 5.

We don't need them and we have a better system now.
