This is why you always save your screenshots with mspaint after you alt-prtscrn them. Oh, you don't?

If this sort of thing was being done by CCP, wouldn't the data be usable to link characters to the same accounts?
This is assuming, of course, that the player in question posts screen shots using different characters on the same account.

I wonder if the watermark is actually there constantly. Not inserted at the time of the snapshot.
Easiest way to find that out would be to go through the process they listed on taking the screen shot, then use an external capture like Fraps.
