Yeah but without Cybernetics 5 this toon is not worth 5.5 billion, not even close, 3 billion at most i'd pay for this kind of character, that is AT MOST.

The people who will buy your characters are most likely wormhole dwellers who want a scout alt that they DON'T need to spend any time training and given the fact that most of us are rich bastards we all want to use Virtues, so most people won't be interested unless they have Cybernetics 5, i'd suggest making it a training now, rather than in 30 days.
