I have a 6.10 with the Gallente Federation after connections 4 but there is one level 4 COSMOS agent that refuses to give me his job. He is Ampsin Achippon. According to the wiki he needs a 6.0, but I should fit that standing requirement. Does he require that to be a base standing or is he broken?

I once podded myself by blowing a huge fart.
