I never new the man personally. I never flew with the man. It has taken me all of yesterday and today to read-through his Eve career, what he did and accomplished. It strikes me as odd that anyone would have the temerity to say "so what?". I tell you that you obvioulsy have not read how much he has contributed to and affected this game in so many positive ways.

Respect by proxy.

He was an honourable man in life, he died in the service of his country.
My humble commiserations go out to his Wife and children and to all of his close friends and colleagues.
May he never be forgotten.

Rest in Peace, Vile Rat.
