The rest of your alliance is fighting hostiles on the static and instead of joining fleet you do PI.

You know you'll be called out when...you're ganked by a hostile warp out and show up on the BR. Blink

When you are farming your static c2 with a Proti and a Tengu when a Loki, clearly cloki, drops in and screws up the targeting. You run back to your hole and let him take your wrecks.

THEN... when you see a dessi salvaging you come back with two dessi's of your own to try and make your 45 min not a waste of time... yet get scared away again when the CLoki rocks back in.
