Train for a Drake which means basically train:
- Battle cruiser skill
- Heavy missiles to 4-5
- Train all the basic missile skills to 4 (you don't have any of them trained now.)
- Train drones
- Engineering skills 4 (any skill for shield or power)
- Train for rigs
- Train Weapon Upgrades to 5 then get Advanced Weapon Upgrades

With a drake you can do lvl3s easily enough, and lvl4s can be done if you are careful or have a friend. At that point you can work towards a Tengu or Navy Issue Raven for L4s.

Also, look at skills Social, Connections and Diplomacy get them to 3 ASAP!! If you plan to have your main job as mission runner you may want to look at all the Social skills. But getting those 3 to 3 will allow you to skip almost all level 1 missions. Well worth the train time just for that!!

There others that help out, but I just use missions to get free implants, so i am not sure how they help.

Edit:
Also your Atribs are bad for gunnery skills and ship skills, looks like industry/support skills? Check and see if you have remaps left? Your setup might be good for a few basic core skills, so look for those that are mem/int based train what you need and then remap for ship and gun skills.

I'm a nerd, you can check my stats!! Skilling Int/Mem at 45 sp per minute is how I mack!     I'm like a lapdog, all bark no bite.

ok first things first. before you remap in a frenzy, you should first decide what kind of ship you would like to fly. if you don't care, then drake-->tengu/raven is probably the best way, but that's strictly missiles. if you do not like missiles, or just dislike the raven for its ugliness (i know i do), you can go with gallente (mostly railguns and drones), minmatar (autocannons/artillery) or amarr (laz0rz) and still do pretty fine.
if you want to commit to running missions as your main income source, your long-term goal should be one or more of the following ships: tengu, raven navy issue, machariel, nightmare, rattlesnake, dominix navy issue, vargur, kronos.
all of these ships are great mission runners with the machariel being the best allrounder and the tengu being the odd one out because it's not a battleship.

after you have decided what ship you prefer, you should decide how patient you are with getting into lvl3s. with your current attribute mappings, it would be better to train solid support skills first, and only then remap for perception/willpower and polish your weapon and spaceship command skills. on the other hand, you probably don't want to be stuck in a frigate for half a year, so you may choose to train the bare minimum of combat skills without remapping and slowly but surely farm lvl3 missions in a battlecruiser while taking your time to finish the support skills.

what you should do in any case is spend some isk on +3 attribute enhancers. they will accelerate your training by quite a lot.

I should buy an Ishtar.

For first attribute mapping, I like to set intelligence and perception high.
Because the first attribute on skills count much more than the second. And having int and per high, lets you train support skills ( needs int) and gunnery & ship skills (needs per) equally well.

But start to train your drone skills, as long as you have your current skill set with mem high.

Yea the remap atm is industry focused.

I think i have changed my mind and will stick to industry, once i have some decent skills so i can get a halfway decent income i can think about it alter.

All your input has been a help thanks!

With your remap being mem/int if you want combat look into drones as your dps and get your defense up.

You can do a minimal amount of ship skills to get into a bs. I highly recommend a domi for you.

All Lvl 4s can easily be soloed in a Drake assuming decent skills (all relevant at Lvl 4) and you don't spare the cash on the fit. My PVE Drake looked like this:

High

7 x CN HML
1 x Black Eagle Drone Link

Mid

2 x CN Invul
2 x CN Mission specific Hardeners (1 of each)
2 x LSE II

Low

1 x SPR II
3 x CN BCU

Rigs

3 x MCDFP II

5 x Mission specific T2 Drones
CN Ammo

Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose
