I am selling this boosting alt just shy of 15mil SP, 6mil of which is Leadership.

This char can fly a Tech 2 skirmish boosting Loki or a Tech 2 armor boosting Legion.
19 days from tech 2 shield links, but 32 days from a Tengu.
