Less wardecs than ever ?

I thought the old dec system was simple and good for a sandbox environment. Being able to add allies to a dec was a nice idea, but its a bit OTT to allow the defender unlimited allies and have the aggressor foot the bill.

What may be more appropriate would be to force the defenders to make the war mutual if they want allies and to allow the attacker to add as many allies as the defender.

But, war dec mechanics aside, far more integral to the problem of war decs (in my opinion) is high sec pvp in general. Neut RR and command boosts make elite fighting forces invincible over more casual players, with everything becoming flawless victories for the elites. (i've heard RR is being addressed but are command links?)

I'd also like to see pointed ships being unable to dock or jump and the timer that prevents u from docking or jumping after engaging extended. At the moment, station games with docking, undocking and redocking are boring and have little risk. If my target undocks to try and flee; bait me or test my dps against his tank, i'd rather they be stuck to face the music (and i stuck with them)

Maybe less decs in general...... but we have a lot running non stop. Only annoying thing is, we cant add more then 1024 targets in the contact list Evil

IMHO CCP REALLY SCREWED UP WITH THE WARDECK SYSTEM HANDING GOONS A Gold Key INTO HISEC: not only did CCP OVERNERF dogpiling to the point it'd cost trillions to ally against any big Goon-like alliance at the behest of GOONs & the current NULL CSM but with the 500 million a week cost of Wardecc's now Goons are running willy nilly thruout hi sec ganking w/o a worry obeing warkdecked due to the outragous costs!

The past 2-3 years of SPACERICH NULL dominated CSM's have made a starting small corp much tuffer Now HI SEC nerfs are next on CCP's list to nerf. If the disenfrachised base which makes up a majority of Eve does not rise up soon learn to enjoy the yoke of Goon & w/e spacerich NULL SEC alliance Tyranny dominate the CSM

With that said though, I don't believe it was an attempt to play to the whims of the big alliances, rather it was part of CCPs horrific goal of turning hisec into an absolutely safe hello-kitty-online playground for the bad players and the whiners. Incursions, the mining barge buffs, concord times, war mechanics, the upcoming failwatch, etc... it's all designed to pull in those useless idiot wow players and keep them.

pro-tip ccp: it wont work. You can't beat wow even if you BECOME wow.
