This is not new news. The test alliance from my own personal experience is 80 percent new players who are yes a puppet for making isk for the higher up(s). "

Can't blame the new players though they get all the protection they want/need and all they have to do is keep a cyno on their ship so they can blob anyone who gets in their way. The cyno is their training wheels. It is pathetic.
